Basic ad postings are free, but we offer premium features to boost visibility. You can choose to promote your ad for a small fee to reach more buyers.
Each listing includes a "Contact Seller" button. You can send a message directly through our platform, or if the seller has provided a phone number, you can call or message them.
Transactions are handled directly between buyers and sellers. We recommend meeting in safe locations for in-person transactions or using trusted payment methods for online deals.
Yes, you can manage your listings from your dashboard. You can edit details, update images, or remove your ad at any time.
If you come across a fraudulent or suspicious listing, click the "Report" button on the ad or contact our support team. We take fraud seriously and will investigate any reports.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password" at the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
Since transactions are made directly between buyers and sellers, refunds are not handled by Goods. Be sure to verify the item before making a payment and discuss refund policies with the seller in advance.
